Shipping & Returns

Dispatch & Order Processing

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–5 business days. If there are delays or an item is unavailable, we will contact you before your order is dispatched.

Paper Sales (June & November): Due to high order volumes, dispatch may take longer than usual. Please allow extra time during these months. Please let us know if you require urgent delivery.

Shipping

All orders are shipped via Australia Post or TNT Couriers, with a tracking number provided. While we pack and send promptly, we cannot control postal network delays. Australia Post service updates are available here.

Freight Charges: Some orders can only be calculated once packed and weighed. In these cases, we’ll contact you for payment before dispatch.

Rates:

  • ‘Small Items’ Flat Rate of $10 – applies to small items only. 

  • Shipping cost for medium to large items are calculated at checkout.

  • Extra Costs may apply for Dangerous Goods, Oversized Items, or Kits (see product page for details).

Dangerous Goods (DG): Items classified as hazardous, corrosive, or flammable require special packing and incur additional costs. Some DG items cannot be purchased online. Please email mes@mes.net.au or call 03 9419 5666 for assistance in ordering these items.

Oversized Items: Parcels outside standard size limits incur a manual handling fee, calculated automatically at checkout.

International Shipping

  • New Zealand: Flat rate applied online (unfortunately may not be accurate for small or bulk orders, please contact us for a quote if the shipping looks inaccurate). Large or Dangerous Goods cannot be shipped overseas.

  • Other International Orders: Please contact us directly for a quote. Dangerous Goods cannot currently be shipped overseas.

All orders are packed with the utmost care to ensure safe delivery.

Returns & Replacements

  • Change of Mind: Returns accepted within 30 days if goods are in saleable condition, at the buyer’s expense, and pre-approved by senior staff. Contact mes@mes.net.au or call 03 9419 5666.

  • Damaged or Incorrect Items: We will replace items received damaged or sent in error. Returns require prior approval from senior staff. Please contact us to arrange.
