Liquitex Professional Varnishes
Liquitex Professional Varnishes are made for use across all types of artwork and are available in a variety of sheens. These varnishes provide a transparent acrylic layer which is breathable, permanent and protects against UV damage.
Key Features:
- 100% acrylic polymer varnish, protects and resists dirt retention
- Increases brightness and color saturation and dries clear to a flexible, non-tacky, hard surface
- Improves surface durability - ideal when shipping or exhibiting
- Resists discoloration - yellowing and fogging - caused by humidity, heat and UV
- Semi-opaque when wet, transparent when dry
- Before varnishing ensure paint surface is fully dry
- Stir gently before use. Do not thin with water, shake or vigorously over-brush as this can result in surface bubbles and a foggy, hazy look when dry
- Should be applied in thin coats, waiting at least 3 hours between coats.
Available in 3 size options: 237ml, 437ml, and 946ml and 4 finishes: Matte, Gloss, Satin and Heavy Gloss.
