This does not apply to mixing papers and is strictly per computer code number.
Pricing policy:
Prices quoted in this catalogue are correct at the time of printing only. As most products are imported, the changes in exchange rates means that the prices for certain product ranges will change with each shipment. Purchasers on a tight budget are advised to call for a firm quote before ordering.

All prices include GST. Your invoice will clearly show the cost of the goods and the tax separately.
Overseas Customers:
Goods purchased outside Australia are exempt from the GST. To calculate the GST free price, divide the list price by 11 and subtract this amount. Please check local taxes and customs clearance charges in your own country.

Have automatic account status, but must send or fax an official form with a purchase order number. Numbers quoted verbally will not be accepted.

A $44.00 Dangerous Goods Surcharge applies to the delivery of all Dangerous Goods, including Acids, Solvents and Liquid Grounds.
- Australia Post
This is the most economical freight service for parcels under 20 kilos. We find Express Post the best way to send small sized light packages around Australia - $6.30 for pre-paid under 500g satchel and $9.30 for under 3kg satchel. Please note: Express Post has limited delivery coverage, please check with your local post office for availability.
Dangerous, flammable and pressurised goods cannot be delivered by Australia Post. Registered Post and Receipted Delivery services are available at extra cost.

MES staff take a great deal of care to ensure your goods arrive to you in
perfect condition. Some packaging charges may apply where custom cut
packaging materials are required for safe handling, particularly with Presses
andEquipment.

General Post and Road Transport by Courier will not be covered by Insurance.

Dangerous goods
Dangerous goods can be sent by courier if the consignment is clearly labelled. Higher rates will apply. Dangerous goods can be sent by Road transport but not by Air Transport.
Shortages
No claim for shortages of goods 14 days after delivery.
Returns
Returns must be made within 30 days from the delivery date. Returns will only be accepted after agreement with senior staff, and freighted through our carrier or at claimant’s expense.
Turnaround time
Usually despatched same day, delivery time will vary due to work load, availability of products, destination distance etc. If order is urgent, please notify staff so we can prioritise your order.
